Privacy policy
This page explains what What I Eat Sports collects when you use whatieat.org and how we handle it.
We run a review site about sports. We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles from your messages or page views.
If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, topic, and message you typed. We use that to answer you. We keep messages long enough to handle the request, then delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Server logs may record IP address, user agent, referrer if present, and the pages requested. That is ordinary hosting telemetry for security, abuse control, and uptime. We do not sell log data and we do not use it to build a marketing list.
We may use basic analytics that count visits without identifying you as a named person. If a cookie is required for a form or session, it is limited to making the site work. We do not use that cookie to track you across unrelated websites.
Third-party fonts or infrastructure providers may process technical requests when pages load. They operate under their own terms. Loading a page can mean a request leaves our server to fetch a font file or similar asset.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child sent us a message, email us and we will delete it.
We retain server logs for a limited period needed for security review, then they age out under ordinary log rotation on the host.
If our practices change in a material way, we will update this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy for future visits and messages.
To ask about data we hold from a message you sent, email [email protected]. Operated by I Am What I Eat Smart Nutrition Inc.
