A sports desk, not a venue guide
What I Eat Sports writes about sports themselves: how they move, what they ask of athletes and watchers, and whether a full sit still feels worth it.
We started this desk because a lot of sports copy is either gambling bait or stadium tourism. Useful for some people. Thin if you want to talk about the game.
Our reviews stick to pace, physical cost, rule changes, competitive texture, and the habits that keep someone watching week after week. We mix major sports so the list does not sound like one league media guide.
We watch for stoppages that kill tension, star resting that guts a night, and analytics talk that forgets the ball still has to move. Those details decide whether a sport stays on the desk.
We are not a ticket broker. We do not publish odds. When rules or styles change in a way that hits the sit - pitch clocks, shot-clock culture, VAR theater - we update the page.
